ELLEN M. WINKLER has over twenty-five years of experience in estate planning, and administration of trusts and estates. She has extensive experience in planning for estates of all sizes, offering options for tax planning, succession planning, probate avoidance and asset management for individuals, couples and families. Ellen represents estates and trusts, including those with small business interests, specialized assets, and complex family issues. Her practice, offering an individualized, client-centered approach, has been located in Marblehead, Massachusetts since 1997. Prior to establishing The Law Firm of Ellen M. Winkler in 2007, she was a principal in the law firm of Winkler & Worthen, LLP.

Ellen received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 1988. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the Essex County Estate Plan Council. She has lectured for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on estate planning and estate administration. Ellen currently resides in Swampscott with her husband and daughter. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Marblehead and the President of the Friends of the Swampscott Public Library.
